MTAHFH is a 501 C (3) Missouri non-profit corporation. We became an Affiliate of HFHI MTAHFH’s early years (94-99) involved development of the organization in the community and fund raising for the first house. Many challenges were overcome which helped to enrich the organization’s ability to perform its Christian housing ministry. Although it took about four years to complete the first home, MTAHFH was able to move forward and to complete four more homes by October, 2006. |

MTAHFH’s growth over the years has: increased the number of Volunteers, added funding sources, built a strong and dedicated Board of Directors, and developed an efficient construction capability. To date, May 1, 2008, no mortgage or escrow payment has ever defaulted which indicates the value each Habitat for Humanity Homeowner places upon their place. Therefore, we urge all interested persons accessing this website to join in our wonderful housing mission for “needy families” |
